Saw error related to table props right after table was created in manager logs.

While running the bulk RW test for #2667 I saw the following in the logs. Didn't cause a problem, but would be good to understand what is going on. The test were running against 75a7018844793cfddc42cde00e5ccb22fb4c9628

Reproduce the bulk RW test for #2667 at the referenced commit and determine why the table property node is missing immediately after creation; done means the cause is identified and the unexpected warning is addressed.
