Create test to verify that Fluo runs on cluster

Currently, the only way to test if Fluo runs correctly on a cluster is by hand. It would be great if there were scripts that made it easy for any developer to run some basic tests that verify that fluo runs correctly in distributed mode. This would not be part of the build. However, it could be run before major commits.
