[REQ] Add support for CHD format

### Describe the solution you'd like
I would like support for compressing to and extracting from CHD format to be added to this tool.

I think it would make sense as a drop down in the app window. When selected, there should be an option to choose between raw, hard drive, cd-rom, dvd-rom, and laserdisc. For decompression, I don't know if it is possible to auto-detect what was chosen for compression, but if so, then decompress with the same method. If not, the user should be asked to specify before decompression begins.

As far as I know, this format was originally created for use with [MAME](https://github.com/mamedev/mame). It has a number of [options](https://docs.mamedev.org/tools/chdman.html) for compressing various disc based rom formats.

I normally use it to compress BIN/CUE file sets into a single CHD file for ease of use. However, using the chdman tool or the various scripts written to automate it has always been a little clunky.
