list aopy to pip repos/conflicting pip package name aopy

maybe at some time, we can add the aopy to pip repositories; so people can install aopy by pip install aopy.

however, current pip install aopy (https://pypi.org/project/aopy/) installs the art of problem solving repo. I think this causes a lot of confusion.
