Python pandas shows no dependencies

Clearly that is not right. It has a few required dependencies like numpy, and many optional dependencies.

That's the very first package I looked at so I don't have much confidence in the rest, unfortunately.

Reproduce the pandas entry in the package-manager visualization and inspect how its Python dependencies are sourced and rendered. Compare the displayed dependencies with pandas metadata, including required and optional packages, and verify that the visualization reports them correctly.
