Thoughts/review for additional features

Hi there,

Made quite a few changes several months ago to layout++. I can provide a full changelog when at a computer. A few highlights:
* Build system with CMake
* Addition of cli options for output filename, iterations, weights, etc.
* General clean-up/standardization of code matching Google’s C++ style guide. (Mostly just namespace usage)
* Documentation/comments in source.

Assuming you are open to a new PR, what’s the best way to for me to provide the code for review and discussion in the least burdensome way as possible?
