What criterias are used to include projects?

I've noticed that some projects aren't findable on the map.
Were minimum star count and/or the repository's state (i.e. ignore archived) used to collect the data?

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the project-data collection process and determine whether minimum star counts or archived repositories affect inclusion. Done means the inclusion criteria are established and documented, or the issue is answered with the applicable criteria.
