I'm looking at [this example](https://github.com/anvaka/VivaGraphJS/tree/master/demos/other/svg-circle-images), how can I add a border and a label to the circle? [Like this example here](https://csessig.files.wordpress.com/2015/04/network_graph_mary_ss.jpg).
