Description
It seems that the solid community server on dev.empwr.au (v7.1.0) automatically deletes the ACL file of a resource when the resource itself is deleted, as mentioned here https://github.com/anusii/solidpod/pull/256#issuecomment-2684302087
Test and confirm if this is the case.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the issue and the referenced comment on pull request #256, then test resource deletion against the Solid community server at dev.empwr.au running v7.1.0. Verify whether the resource's ACL file remains accessible after deletion. Done means reporting a confirmed result and the observed behavior.
