Add more questions into the numpy assignment

I want to add all questions from [this](https://www.machinelearningplus.com/python/101-numpy-exercises-python/) site into the [assignment1-questions.ipynb](https://github.com/anuragphadnis/alphastarAI/blob/library/numpy/Numpy/Assignment1-Questions.ipynb) file.
Note: Please add only questions only not solutions, I have added the first 18 questions, Need someone to add the remaining questions as well.

Steps to contribute:
* Fork this repository
* Switch to branch library/numpy
* Add questions to the assignment file
* Commit and push the changes
* Create a PR from your repo's library/numpy into this repo's library/numpy

Note:
* If you want to add a question from other source then please mention the source in the question
* Follow the current markdown style to add questions.
