Public deployment is paused (503 DEPLOYMENT_PAUSED) – README stats broken

### Describe the bug

The public instance at:

https://github-readme-stats.vercel.app

is currently returning:
```
503 SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
Code: DEPLOYMENT_PAUSED
"This Deployment is paused by the owner."
```
This breaks all existing README badges that rely on the default hosted endpoint.

### Impact

- All READMEs using the default endpoint are showing broken images.
- This appears to be a manual pause, not a temporary outage.

### Notes

I understand rate-limit and cost issues, but the current behavior silently breaks thousands of profiles.

### Expected behavior

- Resume the public deployment
