Built a "Open-Source Contribution Stats Card "

I've always been a huge fan of github-readme-stats 💗.
So I made something similar myself: readme-contribution-stats (Not an alternative, but addon for your profile).
It provides an open-source contribution card to show off your open-source activity (merged pull requests in external repos).
