Incorrect formatting of repo card description

### Describe the bug

The repo card's description width seems to be inappropriate in certain circumstances, resulting in an imbalance with the rest of the apparent padding.

### Expected behavior

The description shouldn't go that far, keeping a larger space between it and the border.
