Description
### Describe the bug
The total commits count for the year 2024 on my GitHub Readme Stats card is displaying as 591 commits, whereas I have actually made only 118 commits. It seems the card is erroneously calculating the total number of commits over the last 365 days instead of the specific year in question.
### Expected behavior
The Total Commits count for 2024 should accurately reflect the number of commits made within that specific year, rather than over a rolling 365-day period.

### Additional context
Additional context: This issue of incorrect commit count for a specific year has been previously discussed in the GitHub Readme Stats repository, as seen in [Issue #3579](https://github.com/anuraghazra/github-readme-stats/issues/3579). However, that issue was closed abruptly before the proposed solution could be merged or fully resolved. This ongoing problem still impacts the accuracy of the Total Commits count on the stats card.
