### Describe the bug
The theme colors for dracula are wrong. Neither the value for `title_color` or `icon_color` are mentioned anywhere in the [spec](https://spec.draculatheme.com/#sec-Standard).
### Expected behaviour
`title_color` and `icon_color` match colors outlined in the [spec](https://spec.draculatheme.com/#sec-Standard).
