Selection 插件位置变化后框选位置错误

框选后修改位置，选框没有更新到变化后的位置中

### 重现步骤

1. 按住ctrl 框选所有节点和边
2. 点击修改位置按钮

### 预期行为

我期望看到在框选后，调整位置，选框能保持对节点/边的框选，但实际上会出现选框没有框住节点的问题。

Start with the Selection plugin and reproduce the behavior using the linked CodeSandbox: select all nodes and edges with Ctrl, then click the position-change button. Check how the selection box responds after the nodes move. Done means the selection remains aligned and continues to enclose the selected nodes and edges after their positions change.
