[Feat]: 增加 document 相关 API

### Describe the feature / 功能描述

1. 通过 chart 实例获取 G 的 document
2. 文档中增加 G 的 document 的相关 API 和使用
3. 渲染画布中的元素，classname 都要规范使用

可以解决大量自定义场景，通过数据去筛选过滤出元素，获取元素的位置、监听元素的事件，然后做一些自定义绘制或者操作。
