transposed: true 的柱状图，tooltip的位置可以怎么设置点击单个柱子显示。跟未转置的柱状图一样。在柱子上显示。

### Steps to reproduce
transposed: true 的柱状图，tooltip的位置可以怎么设置点击单个柱子上显示。跟未转置正常的柱状图一样。在柱子上显示。
我的柱状图是竖着的很高很长的图。希望tooltip 可以跟随。
