Can't enable log_exceptions. [Handler contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared]

When setting 'log_exceptions' => true in tracker.php, all page loads throw the following error:

setting 'log_exceptions' to false fixes the issue

I am using my own User model and I have extended the tracker 'Event' model

Reproduce the failure with log_exceptions enabled in tracker.php, then inspect the referenced PragmaRX\Tracker\Support\Exceptions\Handler class and its ExceptionHandler contract. Confirm that enabling exception logging no longer produces the reported abstract-method error and that page loads complete successfully.
