Description

It seems like some of the official NuGet packages have been stuck on version 4.6.6 (since 2018) - [Antlr4](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Antlr4), [Antlr4.Runtime](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Antlr4.Runtime), [Antlr4.CodeGenerator](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Antlr4.CodeGenerator).

[Antlr4.Runtime.Standard](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Antlr4.Runtime.Standard) has made it to 4.11.1, but it doesn't seem to include the MSBuild targets.

Are there plans to release updated versions? Should these be considered deprecated? What's the recommended way to generate code from a MSBuild project?

Research direction

The issue identifies the Antlr4, Antlr4.Runtime, Antlr4.CodeGenerator, and Antlr4.Runtime.Standard NuGet packages and asks about MSBuild targets. Start by reviewing those package definitions and the repository's C# packaging entry points; no specific files or tests are named. Done would require an agreed release or packaging plan and documented guidance for generating code from an MSBuild project.
