Description
If table is empty and loading = true, skeleton will be shown. If not, a spinner.
This results in a bad behavior if a user search someting and get no results. If he remove's his search and now get results he saw first a spinner and in second step a skeleton.
Separate skeleton and loading props to navigate the ui from outside.

Research direction
Start by locating the AntTable implementation and trace how its empty and loading states choose between the skeleton and spinner. Separate the skeleton and loading controls so a caller can manage the transition, then verify that searching from no results to results shows the intended state sequence.
