Description
If a modal is taller than the screen, currently the top and bottom of the modal just get cut off.
Adding a max-height property fixes this issue which makes the Modal body scrollable with the header and footer being fixed.

Research direction
Inspect the AntModal implementation and reproduce the case where the modal is taller than the screen. Add the requested max-height behavior so the body scrolls while the header and footer remain visible, then verify the result with an oversized modal.
