Create General/Microsoft365/PPTX folder structure with contents duplicated from existing pptx skill (Reference: anthropics/skills repo)

**Task**

- Create a new folder structure: `General/Microsoft365/PPTX` under the appropriate root location.
- Copy all content from the existing `document-skills/pptx` directory into the new `General/Microsoft365/PPTX` folder.
- Ensure all files, subfolders, and functionality from the original `pptx` skill are preserved in the new location.
- Update any relevant documentation or references if necessary to point to the new location.

**Acceptance Criteria:**
- New folder structure `General/Microsoft365/PPTX` exists.
- Contents of `document-skills/pptx` are cloned into the new folder.
- No loss of functionality or documentation.
