Add saas-motion-ideation skill: pre-production & creative ideation for SaaS marketing motion design

## Proposal

A skill for **pre-production and creative ideation** of SaaS marketing motion design pieces — the thinking that happens *before* any animation or video production begins.

This fills a gap in the current skills library. Existing skills cover frontend design, web artifacts, and document creation, but nothing addresses the **creative strategy and storyboarding** phase of marketing content.

## What it does

Guides Claude through the full pre-production process for SaaS feature launch videos and marketing motion pieces:

- **Problem Excavation** — Dig into the human pain behind the technical problem
- **Concept Generation** — 5 creative lenses (Metaphor, Scale, Contrast, Character, World) to generate diverse concepts
- **Creative Direction** — Visual style, motion style, tone, sound design
- **Storyboarding** — Frame-by-frame breakdowns with visual, motion, copy, audio, and emotion per frame
- **Narrative Structures** — 6 proven structures (Problem-Solution, Cold Open, Journey, Domino, Split Screen, Zoom)
- **Visual Style Frameworks** — 5 pre-built style directions inspired by studios like Ordinary Folk, Giant Ant, and Buck

## What it does NOT do

- Does not generate video or animation
- Does not produce code (Remotion, After Effects, etc.)
- Purely strategic and creative output — concept briefs, storyboards, mood board directions, creative rationale
