Computer Use getting "127.0.0.1 refused to connect." and "localhost refused to connect." from http://localhost:8080

Hi,

I followed the steps in the computer-use-demo folder on a GCP virtual machine and successfully got to the step ➡️ Open http://localhost:8080 in your browser to begin

But when I open the link, I cannot see any content. At the same time, there is no error message on the terminal. Here is my vm settings:

- e2-standard-4(4 vCPU, 2core, 16 GB memory)
- Firewall—Allow HTTP traffic and Allow HTTPS traffic
- IP forwarding—Enable
