akf entry pinned to pre-plugin SHA (April) — installs as an empty plugin

The `akf` entry in `.claude-plugin/marketplace.json` is pinned to `071eb1d6fa5b7b5287e84d5854cc6d3ec719f3d7` (2026-04-06) — a commit from **before the repo contained any plugin structure**. Installing it today yields an empty plugin:

The repo now ships a valid plugin (`.claude-plugin/marketplace.json` + `plugins/akf/` with a skill and a PostToolUse hook; `claude plugin validate` passes) as of `27918fb` (2026-07-04), and the auto-bump CI appears to be skipping this entry — it has bumped other plugins today but `akf` has stayed on the April SHA through ~90 subsequent commits.

A fresh submission was also made through the Console form on 2026-07-04 (same repo/name, updated description) in case that supersedes the legacy entry.
