Description

Bug Description
I am trying to connect to my own printer that I purchased that is on my local network. Clearly, you can see from the local IP address, but Opus is refusing to access to it, even though I am providing the password, I am providing the username, so clearly this is my machine. This thing is blocking anything and everything based on basic keywords. As soon as you mention cyber, root, SSH, it flags it. This is getting very annoying at this point.

Environment Info

  • Platform: win32
  • Terminal: WezTerm
  • Version: 2.1.278
  • Feedback ID: ae472080-9d95-4282-8a71-99aafea1fe30

Prompt

192.168.68.97 this is my 3d printer, creality k2 plus. we have root access to it. can you see if you can gert in there/ssh? i can provide the root pw if needed

Research direction

No source file, test, or implementation entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the reported prompt against the local address on win32 with Claude Code 2.1.278, then trace where security filtering handles requests mentioning local devices, root access, or SSH. Done means legitimate local-network device access is not blocked while the intended security protections remain effective.
