Description
Description
Item 6 of the "Where it still differs from CLAUDE.md" section in mods/agents-md/README.md reads:
/memoryand the#shortcut do not knowAGENTS.mdfiles, and the engine's own initial-load row does not count them (this plugin'sagents_md_loadrow does).
The # quick-memory shortcut no longer exists: it was removed in v2.0.70 (2025-12-15), per the changelog line "Removed # shortcut for quick memory entry (tell Claude to edit your CLAUDE.md instead)". The current docs (memory page, interactive-mode shortcut table) carry no trace of it either. So the compatibility note names a surface that predates the mod's existence by three quarters of a year.
The /memory half of the sentence is accurate and can carry the item alone.
Suggested fix
Drop the # shortcut mention from item 6, leaving /memory as the subject of the sentence. One-line change in mods/agents-md/README.md.
Environment

Research direction
Open mods/agents-md/README.md and inspect item 6 of the “Where it still differs from CLAUDE.md” section. Remove the obsolete # shortcut reference while preserving the accurate /memory note, then verify the item matches the current documentation and the issue’s requested wording.
