[Bug] Excessive token consumption due to model hallucinations and unreliable code generation

send feedback to claude,im wasting so much token on ai hallunications, its idle and wasting tokens, my weekly limits are 91 percent becuase of this. so much bugs, no proper codes, no proper testing, full dailures
