[BUG] "Last updated" refresh does not update the remaining credit

### What's Wrong?

At https://claude.ai/new#settings/usage, when I press the "Last updated" icon (round arrow), it does not refresh the available "Remaining" credit of "Usage credits".

Only when I close the Usage popup window, and open the window again, the current "Remaining" value is updated.

### What Should Happen?

The "Last updated" icon (round arrow), when pressed, updates the "Remaining" value of "Usage credits", in the same way as it updates the "Current session" and "This week usage" indicator bars and percentages.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. While using credits for Claude Code CLI, go to https://claude.ai/new#settings/usage
2. Wait several minutes, then click the round arrow of the "Last updated" line.
3. The "Usage credits" and "Remaining" values don't change. See the first screenshot below.
4. Close the "Usage" popup window and open it again. Note that the ""Usage credits" and "Remaining" values are updated. See the second screenshot below.

Note also that "Monthly spend" limit value is updated (compare the two screenshots) by clicking the round arrow of the "Last updated" line.
