Description
Bug Description
Artifact sharing: the version picker is gone from the Share menu.
I used to be able to choose whether a shared link showed the live
version or any past revision. Both options have disappeared.
Expected, per https://code.claude.com/docs/en/artifacts ("Update an
artifact"): "Each publish becomes a version, and from the Share control
in the page header you can choose which version viewers see." The
screenshot on that page shows an "Always share latest version" toggle
and a version picker reading "Sharing version 2".
Actual: the Share menu has the invite row, the audience selector, the
people list with roles, "Only people invited can open this link", a gear
icon, and Copy link. No toggle, no version picker.
The gear opens "Share artifact settings", which contains exactly two
things: a "Show in Artifacts list" toggle and a "Reset share link"
button. No version controls there either.
Same result in the desktop app's artifact panel and in the browser at
claude.ai, so it is not a desktop-only surface.
The artifact is on version 4, published from Claude Code, shared with
four named people as Commenters, audience "Only people invited". I own
it. I have not found any other entry point to version history.

Research direction
Start with the Share menu in the desktop artifact panel and the browser at claude.ai, using the linked Artifacts documentation as the expected behavior reference. Restore access to the “Always share latest version” toggle and version picker while retaining the existing sharing controls, then verify both surfaces support choosing a published version.
