Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the behavior on win32 in Windows Terminal with version 2.1.276, then trace the CLI input handling for Ctrl+Enter; done means the shortcut sends the message instead of inserting a newline without breaking regular Enter behavior.
