[Bug] Claude Code weekly limit increase not applied to eligible Claude Max account

**Bug Description**
I’m on a Claude Max plan and I’m reporting a possible account-level issue with the permanent 25% increase to Claude Code weekly limits that started on September 14, 2026.

Support confirmed that eligible Claude Max accounts should have received this increase automatically.

Another Claude Max user I know appears to have received the permanent 25% increase, while my account does not appear to show the same increase.

Please verify at the account level whether the permanent 25% Claude Code weekly limit increase was correctly applied to my account.

If it was not applied, please investigate why and correct it if my account is eligible.

I can provide screenshots and a comparison with the other Claude Max account if needed.
