[Bug] Escape key aborts sub-agent when exiting `/btw` mode

Description
**Bug Description**
When I’m in a sub-agent and use /btw, I have to press Escape to return to normal mode. However, this also cancels the sub-agent at the same time.
**Environment Info**
- Platform: win32
- Terminal: pycharm
- Version: 2.1.276
