Scheduled tasks with "이 컴퓨터 필요" toggle fails on all folders (macOS Sequoia)

### What's Wrong?

When creating a scheduled task and enabling the "이 컴퓨터 필요" (Access my computer) toggle, saving the task fails with error message: "이 작업을 이 컴퓨터에서 실행하도록 설정하지 못했습니다"

Environment:
- macOS: Sequoia 26.6.2 (Build 25G83)
- Claude Desktop: Latest version (after reinstall)
- All permissions granted: Full Disk Access, Accessibility, Files and Folders

Tested on multiple folders:
- /Users/mrasenal/Claude
- /Users/mrasenal/test-scheduled-task
- /Users/mrasenal/Desktop/test-scheduled-task

All result in the same error when toggle is enabled.

### What Should Happen?

The scheduled task should be saved successfully with the "이 컴퓨터 필요" toggle enabled, allowing the task to be executed with full computer access permissions.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop
2. Create a new scheduled task
3. Specify any work folder
4. Enable the "이 컴퓨터 필요" (Access my computer) toggle
5. Click Save

Expected: Task should be saved successfully
Actual: Error appears: "이 작업을 이 컴퓨터에서 실행하도록 설정하지 못했습니다"
