Description
### Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched [existing requests](https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20label%3Aenhancement) and this feature hasn't been requested yet

### Problem Statement
Was working in Claude Code on my phone, had two sessions going. Hit something in the bottom right corner and they both just disappeared. Couldn't list them, couldn't reconnect, nothing. I'm sick at home today so now I have to go get my laptop just to pick them back up. All from one accidental tap.
Most of my work is on my phone now, so this is a big problem for me. I'm not at my laptop much, and the stuff I run takes a while. I can't just sit there waiting on it,
### Proposed Solution
I need to get at my sessions from wherever I am.
Codex does this fine. Sessions are reachable from mobile no matter where they started, it just sees everything. Would love for Claude Code to work that way.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the session listing and reconnection flows, then define how sessions created in Claude Code would be reachable from a phone; done means sessions remain discoverable and reconnectable after an accidental tap.
