**Bug Description**
Cyber guardrails flag cybersecurity tasks that have already been approved (basic research/bug bounty tasks) after I have gotten cyber verified - in this case, specifically searching for bugs on the ESP32 platform using a customized harness for CSAW ESC 2026.
