[BUG] Claude code panel not opening up in bottom terminal panel.

### What's Wrong?

Claude version is 2.1.272

### What Should Happen?

I want the Claude window to be another tab on the left side (amongst Problems/Output/Debug Console/Terminal/Ports). IntelliJ supports this, not sure why VSCode doesn't. I don't want to split the window.
