[Bug] Claude Code CLI output not visible in mobile Claude app

**Bug Description**

Previously, I could see the work being done by Claude Code CLI in the Claude app on my phone, and I could also send commands and operate it from my phone.
However, starting about two days ago, the Claude App/Code on my phone can no longer see the CLI's activity.

Please check it out and help identify why.
