[Bug] Claude 3 Opus ignores agent constraints and executes unintended actions

**Bug Description**
thiiiis is just fucking embarassing. The one who designed Opus was or brain dead or fucking stupid idiot with no feeling of reality. I CONSTANTLY facing that model does whatever the fuck it decide to do when I have not asked it do it. It can change working folder, it will ignore AGENTS.md and will try to violate repo rules constantly. It gives bizzare responses which does not explain anything. It just sucks beyond comprehension.
