### What's Wrong?
I edited a message of the most recent chat in regular claude. Then went to Claude Code, but needed to login. Did the login.
The edited message was reverted to before my edits. Reselecting conversations did not change this.
Quitting the app and opening it up did show the edited conversation correctly.
### What Should Happen?
app reboot should not be needed to sync local, reopening the same conversation should be enough.

1. invalidate claude code session. Quite Claude app and reopen it.
2. edit a message on claude (not cc)
3. instantly go to claude code, login
4. go back to edited conversation. the un edited version shows
