[Feature Request] Usage limits and rate limiting communication

wow, this usage restriction has become utterly outrageous. i have never agreed to metering like this and being forced off of a platform by the platform..... ever week that goes by you reduce usage and capabilites for your users. cant wait to see how this pans out
