[Desktop] Code entry point moved to a tiny </> icon in 2.110.0 (Windows): hard to discover, looks like Code was removed

## Summary

After Claude Desktop updated to **2.110.0** on Windows, the Code entry point is no longer a clear top-level tab. It is now a tiny `` icon in the top-left toolbar, next to an equally small chat icon. As a daily Claude Code user on a Max plan, I could not find it and assumed Code had been removed from my account.

## Environment

- OS: Windows (x64)
- Claude Desktop: 2.110.0 (MSIX), updated from 1.52386.6
- Plan: Max (individual)

## What happened

1. On 1.52386.6 the home composer showed only **Chat | Cowork**; there was no visible way to open Code.
2. Reinstalling and signing out/in did not help (similar reports: #93851, #92587, #86576).
3. After updating to 2.110.0, Code became reachable only through the small `` icon in the top-left toolbar. There was no notice explaining where it moved.

## Request

- Make Code as visible as Chat and Cowork (a labeled tab or mode option), or
- Show a one-time notice after the update explaining where Code moved.

Many users in the issues above appear to believe Code was removed from their accounts, so this is likely generating avoidable support load.

Start by reproducing the Windows Claude Desktop 2.110.0 layout and inspect the top-left toolbar containing the small Code icon alongside Chat. Compare it with the 1.52386.6 behavior and related issues #93851, #92587, and #86576. Done means Code is visibly labeled like Chat and Cowork, or a one-time post-update notice explains where it moved.
