[BUG] Most custom groups are no longer visible in the sidebar

### What's Wrong?

I use the Claude Code app on my Windows 11 PC, and have created custom groups for various projects.

My workflow is to start a session, rename it and move it to the appropriate group. When the work is done I archive the session.

This has all worked fine until yesterday. For some reason, when looking at non-archived sessions, it now only shows two of my groups in the menu where I can move a session.

If I change the view to look at archived sessions, I can see all of my groups, but then the active sessions are not visible.

If I switch to archived sessions, I still only see the same two groups in the menu, even though I can see all of my groups with the archived sessions.

### What Should Happen?

My custom groups should show up in the sidebar, and when I click the three dots next to an active session and choose Move To Group, I should see all of my active sessions.

Reproduce the regression on Windows 11 using custom groups, checking both active and archived session views and the Move To Group menu. Compare behavior with the previous working version and trace the sidebar/group visibility entry point; done means all custom groups appear consistently for active and archived sessions.
