[Bug] Application crash with concurrent agents - requires reinstallation, CLI functional

**Bug Description**
j'ai un gros soucis je lance l'paplication claude code je faisais 4 agents en simultanée avec claude opus 5 et genre j'ai l'application qui crash et ca me dit veuiller desinstaller l'application ! impossible de relancer par contre le CLI marche donc pour le coup je sais pas du tout
