Terms of Service question

Hello. General question about usage of this GitHub Action.

We've used this workflow in the past over in https://github.com/archestra-ai/archestra, and it works super well. Unfortunately, early on my account was banned because (presumably) I was using my personal OAuth token as `CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN` (as [documented](https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code-action/blob/main/docs/setup.md#manual-setup-direct-api) in the "Setup Guide") to do Claude operations for PRs opened by anyone in the OSS repo; for example, whenever _anyone_ opens a PR, have Claude do a PR review.

My question. Is it in fact okay if I do this, or will I end up getting banned again? I would love to swap out GitHub Copilot PR reviews with Claude (especially `opus-4.5`), as I find they are _much_ more accurate.
