Description

Here is link to create new pull request: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code-action/blob/b3c6de94ea751d8f793c7bd19bfcfd6c067a0786/src/entrypoints/update-comment-link.ts#L123-L137

When that link is used, the body of the new pull request does not follow the standard `.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md`. What's worse, the template isn't even available and has to be manually copied.

At the same time, when Claude Code was run locally and requested to do this, it was very good at following the template.

Our script includes a change description, context, and instructions for verifying the changes. It would be nice if it were prepared just like when I run Claude Code locally.

A minimal solution could be to at least append the pull request template after the existing pull request body to keep it available.
