Cannot get the Office 365 connector to use MFA

Multiple (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) as well as Desktop App, Windows 11

### Describe the issue

Trying to connect Office 365 with Claude using the connector in settings redirects to a browser. After inputting login information an error toast pasted below. Azure shows that the MFA request was approved but there was no MFA prompt on the device used for MFA.

### Expected behavior

That the connector would send a MFA request to Microsoft Authenticator on phone, and then it would connect Claude to their Office 365.

### Additional context

We have tried multiple browsers, resetting and revoking all MFA methods, updating Claude desktop.
