Salesforce MCP Claude Connection

### What happened?

A Salesforce MCP for SObject Reads has been activated. An External Client App was created and a Connection in Claude to Salesforces was initiated. The OAuth User Count did increase to 1 which indicates the handshake was successful. However when attempting to use the connection in a chat the connection fails and provides this error code: ofid_cacd6742a14df2c0”

### What did you expect to happen?

I expected the chat to be able to read Salesforce data and object schema.

### Steps to reproduce

When attempting to authenticate a connection it would yield a successful authentication.
