Connector lost all its tools, and shows a connect note at the bottom of the connector configuration.

### Issue details

No error, just lost connection to our MCP server. Our AWS server logs show it as working just fine, Claude just wont connect to it. Started today.
```

### Expected behavior

It should just connect and work so I can reference using it inside of Claude.
